New Braintree and Oakham Elementary Schools Reconfiguration Proposal

Community members from Oakham and New Braintree recently attended informational meetings presented by the schools' principal Tricia Worthington and district's superintendent Dr. Maureen Marshall.
The proposal is to reconfigure the grades at each of the schools, creating a better academic opportunity for the children of those communities.
The attached flyer has more details, but in essence, the district proposes that Oakham Center School house grades 2 - 6 and the New Braintree Grade School will offer grades preschool - 1st grade.
